Discovery Workshops
A key stage in the product implementation process, where I discover business and functional needs through a range of methods such as focus groups, ethnic testing, card sorting and benchmarking.
User Flow Design
Using user flow design tools like Figjam, Miro or MS Visio, I define the optimal path for the user based on data from the workshops. In our team, we relied on the international diagramming standard: BPMN.
Information Architecture
Based on user-flow, I create lo-fidelity designs connected in a logical way, constituting a holistic image of the system structure, showing the detailed arrangement of information in the context of each screen.
User Interface
Form follows function is a term introduced by American architect Louis Sullivan. According to this principle, I design a functional and visually appealing interfaces that reflects user needs and business assumptions.
Data Libraries
Fintech products are largely based on data visualization, which is why I pay special attention to choosing the right types of libraries that meet the requirements for liquidity and interaction, such as Highcharts or charts.js.
Scenario Testing
I break down key functionalities into scenarios to check the intuitiveness of the interface. I rely on three key metrics: task completion time, number of mistakes, and overall understanding of the product.
Technology for Finance
The tool supports organizations in financial risk management and data analysis automation, helping to quickly detect the potential risks.
The ability to filter and sort alerts by various criteria, intuitive information architecture and data visualization using interactive charts create a coherent work environment for bank analysts. The 10 modules that make up the application are intended for various types of reporting, risk management and support for employees of financial institutions in their daily tasks.
